Pampering Your Hair Charisma

Considering that our hair plays such an important role in our lives, it is no wonder that we spend so much time, money and emotional investment in it. Our hair, its condition, style and general appearance affects our self image and also, in part, the way the way that others see us. There is something very attractive about a head of thick glossy hair that makes you want to touch it and you need to ensure that your crowning glory feels as soft and clean as it looks.
Hair growth is dependent on many factors, such as genes, diet and blood circulation. Whilst controlling the first is out of our hands, the second two are even more important and we need to know that there are things which we can do and habits we can change, in order to not pay a fortune for Hair loss treatment later. Although there are many products and treatments which beg to differ, there is no overnight hair fall solution, so the best we can do is to try and minimise hair loss in the first place.
A varied diet including fresh fruit, vegetables and fish is necessary in order to provide your hair with the correct nutrients for healthy Hair growth, along with certain fats, dairy and carbs too. The second factor is blood circulation and the amount of blood getting to the hair follicles. In order to increase blood circulation, an active lifestyle is essential with plenty of exercise and daily activities which will get the blood pumping around your body. These things will not only improve your hair, but also ensure that your body remains supple and that your skin and eyes look healthy and bright.
As for specific pampering for the head and hair, one of the oldest and most effective methods involves hair oil and massage. Any oil is fine to use but the most popular ones are jojoba hair oil, almond, olive or mustard oils, and melted coconut oil. The oil is poured either directly onto the hair or first placed in the palms of the hand (to give a more controlled application) and then rubbed into the hair, usually starting with the roots and going down to the tips. It is important that each strand of hair is coated with the oil.
Once all the hair is coated, the head is massaged with the finger tips using firm circular strokes, and then by using the palm of the hand, the motion ensures that all the Hair fall solution is absorbed into the scalp. This massage ensures a double benefit for your head in that the oil makes the hair strands soft, manageable and shiny (as long as the oil is properly rinsed out) plus the actual action of massaging the scalp stimulates blood circulation, which in turn leads to greater and thicker hair growth. All this and we haven't even mentioned the de-stressing and relaxing emotions generated by the act of receiving a good head massage.
Naturally it really deserve this much attention. But our much busy and polluted air it is becoming much tough for us to sustain our hairs as long as we want and as much healthy with growing.
